I am privileged to continue to serve the residents of Snoqualmie Valley. I have started my own practice and will provide full-spectrum family medicine, as I have since 2010. Transitioning to my own practice requires credentialing with the insurance companies that I have been credentialed with for the last 30 years. The credentialing process takes 6-9 months and is still in process. I would appreciate any help that you can provide me so that I can continue to support the citizens of Snoqualmie for the next 3 months until I am credentialed with the insurance companies that I have been credentialed with for the last 30 years under my new company. I have been donating my time and expertise for the last 6 months by opening the practice at no charge other than a small copay to serve my patients but have used up all of my retirement savings and other resources and am asking for $300,000 to be able to get past the credentialing process and continue to serve the people of Snoqualmie Valley. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
